Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Festich (the "Service"), operated by Streamline Group s.r.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Festich provides a document parsing API that extracts structured data (text, tables, metadata) from PDF files. The Service is available via a REST API and web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process documents you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Pricing & Payment

Usage is billed according to the pricing published on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to documents you upload and data you extract. We do not claim any ownership over your content. We process your documents solely to provide the Service and do not use them for any other purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Paid plans include an SLA as specified in the plan details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamline Group s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
